Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

Processing: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Having said this, pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the collection and processing of personal data will be carried out by the undersigned company in accordance with the following:

a) general purposes: the data will be processed to satisfy your requests/questions, to manage commercial contacts, as well as for the proper fulfillment of bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, commercial, technical obligations and for company activities mandatory by law and strictly related to existing relationships;

b) legal basis: the legal basis of the processing may be constituted by consent given for specific purposes, or, depending on the case, by the necessity to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures adopted at your request;

c) methods: data will be processed both using paper means and electronic/informatic/telecommunication tools, in full compliance with legal provisions, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in a way to protect your privacy;

d) optional provision: providing your data is optional and not mandatory;

e) consequences of refusal: refusal to provide data or total opposition to their processing for the above purposes may result, unfortunately, in the impossibility of fulfilling some of your requests;

f) subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom data may be communicated or disclosed: data may be communicated to third parties only to fulfill legal or contractual obligations. Data will never be disseminated;

g) persons authorized to process data: data will be processed only and exclusively by a limited number of company personnel in the administrative, IT and commercial departments, expressly authorized;

h) automated decision-making processes: no automated decision-making processes are managed in any way;

i) rights of the data subject: you enjoy all the rights granted by the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to personal data and their rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

j) transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will be based on a Commission adequacy decision or, in the case of transfers pursuant to Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, based on appropriate and suitable safeguards;

k) data retention period: data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to respond to the data subject’s requests or as required by current legislation or any contractual clauses;

l) data controller: the data controller is Coswell S.p.A., headquartered in Funo di Argelato (BO), Via P. Gobetti no. 4, represented by the pro tempore legal representative;
